Staff
The staff at Rose Hill are well qualified to offer a dedicated service to the older person. We aim to give individual time and care to each resident, encouraging personal independence and dignity within cheerful and pleasant surroundings.

This is supported by individual care planning, regular training for health care assistants to the recognised NVQ standard, professional care team and a highly qualified and experienced Matron.
